Nimreta is friendly and very good at what she does. I thought she was great to talk to and get things done. I do believe that price negotiations could have been a little bit better with me looking at what the houses were selling for in the area that I brought. To be honest I did not have any knowledge of how this process worked it was my first time buying a home but I did a lot of research on the houses that were up for sale looking at every house sq feet and the make up. That is why I'm saying that about price negotiation. I am very happy with the purchase that I made and it is because of Nimreta that I have my first home at the age of 61.
