Nim was an amazing agent, from the initial interview all the way to the closing. She was calm and professional, even sometimes when we were not, and always had things in her control. She managed the staging and photography, had her handyman ready for everything, and was generally on top of the situation. The photos and videos gave us pause - we didn't want to sell anymore! While we knew that the house was going to go fast, her attention to detail and knowledge of the local market allowed us to set the best price, and exceed our (already sky-high) expectations. There were a few hiccups, as there always are, but she handled them well and ensured that our needs as sellers were met. I would gladly recommend Nim to anyone looking to buy (or more importantly, sell) their property in the Montgomery area.
My wife and I met Nimreta about 3 or so years ago. Throughout this time, Nimreta was very patient, flexible and responsive to our housing needs. She never pressured us and was always there to take our calls and emails. When we identified our house, Nim was excellent throughout the whole process and was there with us the whole way. She even got our new home deep-cleaned for us before we moved in (something we weren’t expecting). We would highly recommend working with her. She is also extremely knowledgeable about the area and is very resourceful as she has many contacts. We took her recommendation for a moving company, and that worked out very well for us (a big deal, having had a very bad and expensive prior moving experience). We consider her as a friend and would love to work with her again.
